Alan Terwey

Alan Terwey is a seasoned leader currently serving as a Senior Manager of Performance Programs, where they oversee the design and execution of performance management and incentive programs for a large workforce. Previously, Alan held various roles in the US Navy, including Submarine Liaison and Nuclear Submarine Officer, gaining extensive experience in operational and logistical planning. After leaving the Navy, they worked at Asurion as a Field Network Support Center Manager and then as a Process Improvement Manager, where they focused on enhancing efficiency and reducing costs through technology. Alan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy.
