Bill Raab

Bill Raab, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in process innovation and operational excellence in the appliance and HVAC industries. Currently serving as Director of Process Innovation at Asurion since June 2021, Bill leads overall process design and strategy for the startup Major Appliance business. Previously, Bill held various leadership positions at Sears Home Services from 2000 to 2022, including Divisional Vice President with full P&L responsibilities for a $550M appliance repair operation and a senior executive role overseeing national in-home service operations. Bill's earlier experience includes significant roles at Conectiv, where achievements included managing dispatch operations and implementing process improvements. Bill Raab holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Temple University and an MBA from Goldey-Beacom College.
