James Brennan

James Brennan is a Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Asurion, where they build and lead global ethics and compliance programs. They served as Director of Ethics & Compliance at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2008 and held various senior compliance roles at Reyes Holdings between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they worked as Manager of Government Compliance at Motorola from 1998 to 2001 and as General Counsel and Ethics Officer at SAI Global from 2004 to 2007. James earned a law degree magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School between 1991 and 1994 and has also contributed as a Commissioner for the Illinois Executive Ethics Commission.
