Jeremy McGee

Jeremy McGee has over a decade of experience in product analytics and operations management, currently serving as Director of Product Analytics at Asurion since March 2012. In this role, Jeremy focuses on enhancing customer experience through a closed loop improvement cycle and represents the "Voice of Customer" in various initiatives. Previous roles at Asurion include Senior Manager of Enterprise Reporting and Analytics and Site Reporting and Analytics Manager. Prior to Asurion, Jeremy worked at Sitel from April 2005 to March 2012, holding positions such as Process Improvement Program Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included cost analysis, pilot program coordination, and team leadership. Jeremy began the professional journey as a Team Leader at xwave and holds an education from Compu College.
