Michael Ratino is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in strategic finance and financial planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Treasurer at Asurion since 2014, Michael has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Strategic Finance and Sr. Director of Commercial Strategic Finance. Prior to Asurion, Michael worked at Healthways as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and gained experience at Human Genome Sciences as a Senior Manager in FP&A/Treasury and Finance Manager. Michael began a career in finance after initial roles in engineering, having worked as a Bioengineer at NIH and a Project Engineer at Human Genome Sciences. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
