Olivia Spears

Olivia Spears is a legal professional currently serving as Senior Staff Counsel for Government Affairs at Asurion since 2023. They previously held roles such as Legislative/Session Attorney at the Tennessee General Assembly (2020-2021) and Legislative Liaison at the Tennessee Department of Health (2021-2022). Olivia has gained extensive experience through externships with the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals and the Twenty-First Judicial District, as well as internships, including one with Bill Haslam for Governor. They earned their law degree from Belmont University College of Law in 2020.
