Pardha R.

Pardha R. currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Asurion, a position assumed in September 2023. Previously, Pardha held the Chief Technology Officer role at Medallia from July 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing Product Engineering, Cloud operations, and defining R&D strategies to optimize costs and budgets. Additional roles at Medallia encompassed leading engineering teams, overseeing architecture and design decisions, and building Security and Analytics engineering teams. Prior experience includes being Vice President of Solution Engineering at Hortonworks and holding various leadership positions at Oracle Corporation, where Pardha focused on security, middleware, and SaaS implementations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1990 and 1992.
