Sharon Reavis Woodson

Sharon Reavis Woodson, Esq. currently serves as Sr. Assistant General Counsel at Asurion, a position held since January 2017, with previous titles including Assistant General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Legal Counsel. Prior to joining Asurion, Sharon owned The Law Office of Sharon Reavis Woodson from October 2012 to 2019. Sharon's earlier experience includes a role at Capitol Christian Music Group from 2002 to October 2012, where responsibilities as Director of Business Affairs involved drafting and negotiating various agreements and managing business affairs operations. Sharon holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, along with an Advanced Studies Diploma from Courtland High School.
