Field Training Manager

Vincent Baca has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Field Training Manager at Asurion since July 2014, where previous roles included Sr Learning and Development Specialist and Training and Development Specialist. Prior to Asurion, Baca held the position of Call Center Manager at Rolf's Salon for a brief period in 2014. From April 2009 to January 2014, Baca worked at Macy's Credit & Customer Services, advancing through various roles such as New Accounts Supervisor and Coaching Supervisor. Baca's tenure at Macy's Credit & Customer Services began in 1998, progressing through multiple supervisory positions. Vincent Baca is currently pursuing education at Northern Arizona University, with studies ongoing since 1994.
