Reeja RK has extensive experience in human resources, having held positions at ASUS as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included HR operations, management, benchmarking, and insurance. Prior to ASUS, Reeja worked at EMMBI INDUSTRIES LIMITED as an HR Executive, handling confidential information and assisting others, and at IIBM as a Placement Assistant, coordinating between employers and students. An internship at NEXT Retail India Ltd provided exposure to employee engagement and policy drafting. Reeja holds a Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree in Management Studies with a focus on HR from Indira Institute of Business Management.
