Thea Oskam

Thea Oskam is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR adviseur at ASVZ since July 2021. Previously, Oskam held the same role at Curium-LUMC from May 2020 to December 2020. A sabbatical was taken from October 2018 to April 2020 for relaxation and reflection after extensive engagement in education and work. Oskam's volunteer efforts include participation with Stichting De Halve Marathon van Gouda during 2019-2020. From February 2011 to October 2018, Oskam worked as an HR adviseur for Stichting Kinderopvang Centraal Nederland (SKCN). Additional prior experience includes serving on the board of Stichting Wereldwinkel Gou as the P&O secretary from 2010 to 2016, providing training and homework support at Factor G from 2009 to 2011, managing P&O at skon kinderopvang from 2006 to 2009, and working as a P&O adviseur at TU Delft in 2005-2006 as an interim. Oskam has also held the position of senior personnel advisor at Kintent from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie from Open Universiteit (1999-2006) and foundational studies at Christelijke Hogeschool Ede (1983-1987) and Christelijk Streeklyceum Ede (1978-1983).
