Alexis Rosales, MPA, serves as the Executive Director of Business Development for Corrections Services at Gateway Foundation since March 2020, leading substance abuse treatment programs within the criminal justice system. Previously, Alexis held multiple leadership roles at the Indiana Department of Correction, including Executive Director of Programs and Re-Entry Readiness, where responsibilities involved overseeing adult offender case management services, and Director of Case Management. Alexis also worked as a Youth & Family Outreach Coordinator for Mental Health America of Indiana and began a career as a Re-Entry Specialist/Substance Abuse Counselor. Holding a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Indiana State University, Alexis brings extensive experience in evidence-based practices and program management in the field of corrections and substance abuse recovery.
