Emily Miller

Emily Miller is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist in Global Talent Management at Amazon since May 2021, Emily previously held roles such as HR Specialist in the same department. As an Ambassador for aSweatLife, Emily contributes to community health initiatives both locally and nationally. Prior experience includes recruiting at Amazon Web Services, where customized recruiting processes were developed to meet hiring goals, and working as a College Recruiter for Oracle, focusing on recruiting top talent for its sales program. Emily’s earlier career includes managing customer experiences at Red Frog Events and assisting customers in sales at Mindful Kitchen. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
