Tim Baynham

Tim Baynham currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at ASX since May 2023, previously holding the position of Legal Counsel at Webb Henderson from November 2019 to May 2023. Tim's legal experience includes work as a Lawyer specializing in commercial disputes and regulatory matters, as well as roles at Dentons as a Solicitor in Dispute Resolution and at HM Treasury, where Tim was a Policy Advisor focused on financial stability and services. Earlier career roles include an Analyst position at Alfa Commodities and various research and communication roles in the UK Parliament. Tim holds multiple degrees, including an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Law from City St George's, University of London, and qualifications from BPP Law School and the Legal Profession Admissions Board in New South Wales.
