Dr. Yanlin Xiang

Dr. Yanlin Xiang currently serves as the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal for APAC & Channel Sales at TeamViewer, focusing on commercial contracts, channel partner agreements, M&A, corporate law, and data protection since April 2020. Prior experience includes an Associate Partner role at Rödl & Partner, where responsibilities encompassed software and IT contracts, e-commerce, corporate restructuring, and alternative dispute resolution from November 2011 to March 2020. Earlier positions involved roles as Senior Associate & General Representative and Junior Lawyer at various legal entities, providing services in international commercial contracts, intellectual property, and corporate law. Dr. Yanlin Xiang holds a Doctor of Law (JD) in Corporate Law from Technische Universität Dresden and has specialized training in IP protection.
