Mike Russo is an accomplished leader in the staffing and talent acquisition industry, currently serving as President of Asymmetric Talent Solutions since October 2022, where the focus is on precision technical headhunting powered by data. Previously, as Director of Staffing & Talent Acquisition at Quadrant Information Security, Mike successfully established a staffing vertical dedicated to information security. Mike's tenure at Robert Half Technology spanned nearly a decade, during which milestones included achieving top-tier global performance in permanent production and transformative growth in multiple roles. Additionally, Mike is the founder of Tech on Tap Jax, a networking group for IT professionals, and has held various recruiting and account management positions earlier in the career, which includes significant achievements in growth and operations management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Economics, and Spanish Language from the University of North Florida.
