Amy Peter

Amy Peter has over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources across various roles and companies. Starting as an Employee Relations Administrator at Cooper Lighting, Amy later transitioned to Rich Products as an HR Manager, overseeing functions for multiple food manufacturing facilities and managing a skill-based pay compensation system. Following that, Amy spent nearly a decade with ASYST Technologies, moving from HR Administrator to Senior HR Generalist and ultimately Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included managing all HR activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, and development. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
