Domenico Barella

Domenico Barella serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Asystel Italia since September 2017 and is also the Technology Director at Security Castle Srl, where responsibilities include identifying and distributing top security solutions in Italy. Prior to these roles, Domenico contributed to the security market as VP Sales at Defenx SA, building an international sales team, and as Italy Country Manager for Babylon Ltd, facilitating the launch of advanced translation solutions in Italy. Additional experience includes positions as Sales & Admin Director at Global Solutions Services Italia Srl, Italy Sales Director at Magic Software, and various sales roles in the technology sector from 1991 to 2001. Domenico began the academic journey in Computer and Information Sciences at Politecnico di Milano.
