Ayelet Kutner

Ayelet Kutner is the current Chief Technical Officer at At-Bay, a position they have held since March of 2020. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at ForeScout Technologies Inc. from December 2016 to March 2020. In this role, Ayelet was responsible for managing development groups located in both Israel and the United States, totaling over 150 engineers. Additionally, they led the planning and execution of ForeScout's entire product portfolio.

During their time at ForeScout, Ayelet made numerous contributions to the company, including actively participating in strategic executive forums, partnering with Product Management to define development priorities and scope, leading the design and development of a new cloud-based product deployed in AWS, transitioning the development organization from a classical waterfall to a modern agile process, managing and optimizing the R&D budget, building and retaining highly-skilled engineering teams, increasing deliverables' output while also improving all quality metrics, restructuring the development organization to support fast and independent delivery, and leading the technical and skill-set due diligence process in two acquisitions.

Before joining ForeScout, Ayelet served as the Head of/Director of Platforms, SMB and ICS (Industrial Control Systems) Products at Check Point Software Technologies from August 2002 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing Check Point's software products.

Ayelet Kutner received their Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
