Debbie Allard

Debbie Allard is an experienced payroll professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Payroll Specialist at At Home Care since January 2023, Debbie previously held payroll officer roles at St Bart’s, Trinity College Perth, Richmond Wellbeing, and St Marys Anglican Girls School, where responsibilities included processing end-to-end fortnightly payroll for over 400 staff members. Prior to these positions, Debbie worked as an Assistant Accountant at Bristile Roofing and as a Payroll Officer at Austral Bricks. Debbie began the career as a Payroll Officer at Essex County Council, contributing to a diverse range of organizations. Education was completed at Chelmsford Technical High School from 1971 to 1976.
