Beth Cox

Beth Cox is an accomplished Regional Loss Prevention & Safety Manager at At Home Group Inc. since July 2020, bringing extensive experience in loss prevention and management from a 30-year tenure at Pier 1. During the time at Pier 1, Beth held various leadership roles, including Regional Loss Prevention Manager overseeing over 250 stores, where responsibilities included managing three Territory Directors and 19 Regional Managers, while focusing on training and educating teams in sales and profit margin management. Additionally, as a Regional Manager, Beth led up to 19 Store Managers and 320 team members, with an impressive annual volume of up to $34 million, earning recognition as Regional Manager of the Year multiple times. Beth Cox holds a Bachelor’s degree in Retailing and Retail Operations from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an Associate's degree from Joliet Junior College.
