Christina Naumann

Christina Naumann serves as the Senior Vice President of Merchandise Operations at At Home Group Inc. since July 2013, where responsibilities include developing merchandising initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, managing the annual P&L, and mentoring internal leaders. Prior roles at At Home include Vice President of Merchandising Operations, where Christina led the modernization of merchandising systems, and Senior Director of Merchandising Operations, focusing on process centralization. Christina's earlier experience at Garden Ridge involved driving significant growth in the Garden and Pottery departments and implementing successful advertising strategies. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Christina brings over two decades of expertise in merchandising and operational leadership.
