Lea Carino

Lea Carino has worked in various leadership roles throughout their career. Lea started as a Systems Development Senior Manager at ACS, A Xerox Company in 2001 and later became a Solutions Architect/Manager. In 2012, they joined Xerox and served as Vice President of State Level Registry Service Delivery before transitioning to Vice President of Government Healthcare Analytics Solutions. In 2015, Lea moved to AllyAlign Health, where they held positions as Executive Director and later Vice President of Systems. Lea'smost recent role is at At Home Harmony, where they currently serve as the Senior Vice President of Technology since 2023.

Lea Carino attended Ateneo de Manila University from 1983 to 1987. Lea pursued a Mathematics major in Computer Science during their time at the university.
