Tabatha Bonas (Nikki)

Tabatha "Nikki" Bonas has extensive experience in the pharmacy industry. Tabatha "Nikki" currently serves as the Vice President of Pharmacy Services at At Home Harmony, where they oversee all pharmacy services and operations. Prior to this, Nikki worked at CVS Health as a Multi Dose Packaging Pharmacist from September 2019 to June 2022. Tabatha "Nikki" also held leadership roles at Partners Pharmacy, including Director/Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at Partners Pharmacy of Imperial Plaza from April 2019 to September 2019, and Director/Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at Partners Pharmacy of Virginia from July 2017 to September 2019. Before joining Partners Pharmacy, Nikki worked as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at Brookdale Senior Living's Assisted Living facility from September 2010 to July 2017.

Tabatha "Nikki" Bonas attended Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Pharmacy from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in the field of Pharmacy. Tabatha "Nikki" also holds additional certifications, including the USP <797> Sterile Compounding and Aseptic Processing Training Program and USP <800> Training for Proper Handling of Hazardous Drugs, which they obtained in November 2018 from VCU Health Office of Continuing Medical Education. In September 2011, Bonas received a Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services Certificate from the American Pharmacists Association. Additionally, they became a Licensed Pharmacist in July 2010 from the Virginia Board of Pharmacy. In August 2008, Bonas obtained a Pharmacist Based Immunization Certificate from the American Pharmacists Association.
