Louise Watson

Louise has more than 20 years’ experience working in the NHS. Before joining Operose Health, Louise was Managing Director for the Buckinghamshire Integrated Care System and prior to that she was the national lead for the development of the multi-speciality community provider (MCP) care model as part of the national NHS new care models ‘vanguard’ programme.

Throughout her career she has held national, regional and Board level roles within the NHS, spanning both commissioner and provider organisations ranging from clinical commissioning director of a large commissioning organisation, commercial director of a leading Foundation Trust to chief executive leading an organisation through a major transition period.
