Simultaneously, Lisa works as a Talent Consultant for Aigen, contributing to automated terraforming initiatives aimed at regenerating soil on a planetary scale. With extensive experience in recruitment, Lisa held roles such as Senior Recruiter and Senior Manager of Recruiting at various innovative companies like Volansi, Freefly Systems, and Skycart, facilitating talent acquisition for teams pushing the boundaries of technology and logistics. Prior volunteer experience includes supporting Clean Tech Open, dedicated to fostering clean, sustainable technologies. Lisa holds a degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
