The company is majority owned by Sky and operates through a joint venture between Sky, Arena Racing Company (ARC) and other racecourses. At The Races have the rights for 25 UK racetracks including Ascot, Chester and Doncaster. These are available on Sky Sports Racing Channel via Sky Channel 415 and Virgin 535.
