Samantha O'Connor is an experienced Senior Implementation Manager at @properties, with a robust background in IT support and training management. Since joining the company in May 2012, Samantha has held various roles including Implementation Manager, Affiliates, and Pl@tform Support Manager, where responsibilities included developing and improving Pl@tform tools and providing support for agents and offices. Previous positions include IT Administrator and Support Services Manager, Transition and Training Manager, and Office Manager, showcasing a strong capability in managing office operations, training classes, and IT support.
