Heather Maddox

Heather Maddox possesses extensive experience in marketing and operations management within various industries. Currently serving as Key Account Manager at ATA Tools Inc. since December 2014, Heather leads US marketing initiatives for tungsten carbide burs and air tools, overseeing product launches and promotional activities. Prior to this role, Heather managed the Player’s Club at Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park, focusing on guest relations, personnel management, and daily operations. Heather's earlier tenure with the Washington Redskins encompassed multiple roles, including Manager of Special Events and Manager of Ticket Operations, where event management and customer service for a large season ticket holder base were key responsibilities. Heather holds a degree from Ohio University, earned in 2010.
