Joseph Spitaleri has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and logistics. Joseph started their career at DHL in 2001, where they served as a Gateway Operations Supervisor and later became an Integrated Inventory Solutions Manager. Joseph then became an Air Export/Customer Service Manager, overseeing daily activities and output of the Air Export and Customer Service teams.
In 2007, Joseph took on the role of Project Manager at DHL, leading process improvement initiatives in various areas of operations, including Air Import recovery and Sales Support. Joseph successfully implemented the branch's first Electronic Document Management System and achieved significant improvements in performance metrics.
In 2012, Joseph joined Panalpina as an Airfreight Gateway Manager, where they led the Export Consolidation Center and managed the Import Gateway Deconsolidation Operation. Joseph implemented a process improvement initiative that reduced cycle time and improved on-time performance.
Joseph then moved on to ATA Freight in 2015, where they initially served as an Operations Manager, responsible for export operations functions and championing business process improvements. Joseph later became the National Operations Manager, leading initiatives for standardization and improved performance across operations and finance functions.
Most recently, Joseph has been working at AAA Northeast since 2017 as the Manager of Field Operations. In this role, they lead a team of Field Consultants, conducts comprehensive reviews and trend analysis, and facilitates contractor expansion and selection processes.

Joseph Spitaleri's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from Molloy University.
