Heather Eichsteadt

Heather Eichsteadt is a certified pharmacy technician currently employed at Advocate Health since May 2024, specializing in inpatient pharmacy operations, including IV preparation and medication management. Concurrently, Heather serves as a volleyball coach for the West Bend West JV2 girls team since August 2023. Previous experience includes customer support management at Minded, where processes were scaled to support 5,000 subscribers, and lead pharmacy technician roles at both Genoa Healthcare and Walgreens Co, where expertise in inventory management and prior authorizations was developed. Heather has also coached volleyball at various educational institutions and holds a high school diploma from West Bend East High School.
