Nando's career includes experience as Assistent Filiaalmanager at Belvisie Arnhem from October 2005 to August 2006, as well as an internship in P&O at de Gelderse Roos from September 2003 to June 2004. Nando began professional training with a strategic HRM degree from Open Universiteit between 2010 and 2011 and holds a bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labor from HAN University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2005.
