AtaInsurance OJSC was officially registered with the state on 21 July 2004 and has been implementing fully licensed insurance activity since 3 September 2004. AtaHolding OJSC-founded company’s paid-in charter capital comprises of 7.6 million AZN.

The company prepares and develops efficient insurance projects for physical persons and legal entities as the main principle of its activity. The company gives a maximum guarantee for AtaInsurance clients’ all possible and insurable risks.

AtaInsurance offers and provides 26 types of insurance services, 22 of them are voluntary and 4 are compulsory insurance types. 

Fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the company before its partners and clients depends on its insurance services portfolio, important insurance reserves, practical work experience and professional personnel.
