Ilya Ayzenberg

Ilya Ayzenberg is a Senior Software Engineer at Atakama. Ilya has over 18 years of experience in the software engineering industry.

Ilya started their career as a Software Engineering Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in September 2000. Ilya worked on automated QA tools and processes for a User Interface overhaul of a proprietary trading application. In June 2001, they became a Software Engineering Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and built automated data comparison tools for validation of a large SQL database undergoing a major upgrade.

In July 2002, Ilya joined FactSet as VP, Principal Software Engineer, Manager - Analytics - Risk & Fixed Income. Ilya was responsible for managing a team involved in several aspects of upgrading FactSet's Fixed Income calculation engine. Ilya was also the engineering liaison to the Quantitative Research team, advising on automation and integration of model development workflows.

In March 2020, Ilya left FactSet and joined Atakama as a Senior Software Engineer.

Ilya Ayzenberg's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, as well as a degree from Stuyvesant High School.

Ilya Ayzenberg works with Dillon Whatley - Senior Software Engineer, Jack Ngai - Head of QA & Test Engineering, and Tatiana Stirbu - Test & QA Engineer. Their manager is Erik Aronesty, CTO.
