Dr (Hons) Shekhar Avinash Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and technology. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of ON MY OWN TECHNOLOGY since December 2018, Dr Jain focuses on innovation and skill development for young minds. In addition to this role, Dr Jain is a Mentor of Change at Atal Innovation Mission and a Board Trustee at Avinash Amita Foundation Trust. Previously, Dr Jain held various leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2004 to 2018, including Managing Director overseeing global reference data operations and asset management. Earlier career experiences include roles at ICICI Bank, where Dr Jain was Chief Manager leading treasury custodial operations, and at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Dr Jain holds an MBA in Finance from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College, alongside early education at St. Xavier's High School.
