Nidhi Lal is a seasoned entrepreneur and leadership coach with extensive experience in the coaching and consulting sectors. As Co-Founder of NiYa, Nidhi focuses on providing personalized mental and emotional wellbeing solutions for workplaces. Nidhi also serves as a Business Leadership Coach at ImageCatalyst Consulting & Coaching, guiding individuals to reach their full potential in a dynamic environment. As a Mentor of Change for the Atal Innovation Mission, Nidhi contributes to transformative initiatives. Previously, Nidhi co-founded SearchMyCoach, an online platform facilitating access to certified coaching professionals, and was a Managing Partner at AppreizCoach. With a strong background in personal branding and empowerment through the Global Women Network, Nidhi actively supports women entrepreneurs. Nidhi holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Miranda House, a GNIIT in Information Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology, and a PGDBA in Human Resource from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
