Vaishali Shelar, PhD, currently serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at RightWalk Foundation, focusing on skill development and livelihood initiatives for vulnerable children. Additionally, Vaishali holds the position of Regional Mentor of Change for the Atal Innovation Mission, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship through hands-on STEM education. As an IEEE WIE PBL mentor, Vaishali guides mentees in practical engineering projects, enhancing their problem-solving abilities.
