Ram Prayaga

Ram Prayaga has extensive experience in the field of technology and leadership. Ram began their career in 2003 as a Senior Project Manager at Zenith Insurance, and from there, they went on to hold various roles in different companies. In 2005, Ram became the Owner of cafe | think, LLC, where they provided technical consulting and strategy for consumer-oriented websites. Ram later served as the Chief Technical Officer at Project Playlist, Inc. and played a significant role in building the online music start-up. In 2009, Ram became the CEO and CTO of Advizo, LLC, where they worked on AskMeHelpDesk.com, a Q&A site with a large user base. In 2012, they joined Thought Convergence as the VP of Technology before moving to mobileStorm in 2013 as the VP of Product & Technology. Ram then became an Executive Advisor at mPulse Mobile in 2022, where they worked until their appointment as the CTO, Product & Technology. Additionally, Ram Prayaga has also been an Adjunct Professor at California Lutheran University since 2023. Currently, Ram holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Atalan, a role they assumed in 2023.

Ram Prayaga completed their undergraduate degree in Informatikk at the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1989 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Southern California, from 1992 to 1994. During the same period, they also completed a separate degree, M.S, in Computer Science at the University of Southern California. Later, they attended UC San Diego from 1995 to 1998 to work toward their Ph.D. in Cognitive Science.
