Tiffany Chan

Tiffany Chan is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Atalan, a company that has developed a machine learning-powered platform to help healthcare leaders predict and prevent clinician turnover and burnout. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at The World Bank and Microsoft. Tiffany also held the role of Program Manager at Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at Harvard Kennedy School and interned at the European Parliament.

Tiffany Chan completed their Master of Arts in Global Affairs at Yale University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Russian Studies from the University of Rochester.
