Mikaela Johansson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mikaela currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at aTalent since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations and Operations Manager at the same company from April 2022 to June 2023 and September 2020 to April 2022, respectively. Mikaela also worked as a Team Lead and Recruitment Manager from September 2019 to September 2020, and as a Recruitment Manager from October 2017 to September 2019. Before Clevry Finland, Mikaela worked as a Claims Advisor at LähiTapiola from April 2013 to April 2016. As a Claims Advisor, they handled claims in a call-center environment and managed the claims process from start to settlement.
Mikaela also gained experience as a Consultant at Oy SHH Academic Business Consulting Ab from October 2014 to May 2015, where they worked in a consulting team that completed a six-month consultancy project. The project involved developing social media marketing strategies for a Municipal Training and Education Consortium in Finland.
Additionally, Mikaela has previous work experience in various customer-facing roles dating back to 2005.
Mikaela briefly worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Nordea in May 2012.
Mikaela Johansson's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organization, and Marketing from Hanken School of Economics, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Tölö Specialiseringsgymnasium and obtained a High School degree in Arts from 2007 to 2010. Mikaela then pursued a Master's Degree in Management and Organization at Hanken School of Economics from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they had a brief stint at the University of Mannheim in 2014, studying Business Administration and Management.
