Jacob Messimer

Jacob Messimer is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of medical devices, currently employed at Rochester Precision Optics since December 2021. Previously, Jacob worked as a product engineer at Moog Aircraft and held a manufacturing engineer position at LSI Solutions, where responsibilities included establishing manufacturing processes and equipment design for new products. Early career experience includes serving as a process engineer at Chromalloy, managing the repair and coating of industrial gas turbine components, and coaching at GJP Lacrosse Camps, focusing on player development. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Power Generation from Stevens Institute of Technology.
