Martijn van Manen has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Martijn is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Atalys since June 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at EG Industries from January 2019 to June 2022 and as the Director of Finance from November 2014 to January 2019. Martijn also served as the CFO at Val Tech Holdings, Inc. from June 2011 to November 2014 and as the Controller, OSM at Guardian Industries from July 2010 to May 2011. Martijn also worked as the Operations Manager at forteq North America from October 2005 to May 2007, where they achieved significant cost savings through lean practices. Martijn's earlier career includes a role as a Controller at Mikron, where they managed finance, HR, and IT activities while supporting company growth.
Martijn van Manen completed their education with a BA/BS degree in Business Economics from Ichthus Hogeschool in the years 1997-2001. Martijn then pursued an EMBA degree in MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2010-2011. Additionally, they obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from TCP during 2007-2009.
