Darrell Glass

Darrell Glass has extensive experience in the automotive industry. Darrell started their career in 1991 as a Parts and Service Director at Auto Palace Inc, where they opened and managed multiple retail parts stores and service centers. Darrell then worked as a Service Manager at AutoServ Dealerships from 1997 to 1999. From 1998 to 2003, they held multiple roles including Service Dispatcher, Salesperson, and Service Advisor at Banks Chevrolet. In 2006, Glass became the Service Manager at Boch Honda Inc, where they helped the dealership achieve the position of the number one new car sales dealership in the US. Darrell then served as the Fixed Operations Director at Bernardi Acura of Boston from 2011 to 2015, contributing to the excellence of the dealership. Currently, Glass is the Fixed Operations Director at Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, working with a team to provide exceptional customer service and constantly improving the business.

Darrell Glass completed their secondary education at Kearsarge Regional High School from 1984 to 1987, achieving a Diploma in Business Management & Accounting. During the same period, they also attended Concord Regional Vocational Center, where they pursued a degree in Automotive Performance & Repair. Furthermore, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Concord Regional Vocational Center from 1983 to 1987.
