Krista Brenner is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bayshore HealthCare, Krista leads a nationwide Talent Acquisition team and designs effective recruitment strategies to address the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. In recent roles, Krista has held positions such as Director of Operations and Director at SRG Talent, where strategic sourcing and operational excellence were key focuses. Additionally, Krista co-founded Recruiter Realm and serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP). With a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Human Resources, along with a strong foundation in recruitment and human resources from multiple organizations, Krista is committed to fostering talent and enhancing recruitment practices.
