Atavus is a crop breeding and development company building climate-resilient hybrids for the conditions American agriculture actually faces. We move resilience into the genetics themselves, rather than asking growers to chase it with more water, more chemistry, and more cost.

Our work begins with high-protein, nitrogen-fixing legumes bred for heat, drought, and low-input production. Over time, our platform will expand into additional underleveraged Western U.S. species spanning food, feed, fiber, and specialty bioactive markets.
