Chett Ing

Chett Ing, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Founder of Coffee Chats with Chett and has held various leadership roles at ATB Financial since September 2013, including VP of Talent, Strategy & Development. Responsibilities encompass strategy development, workforce planning, talent management, diversity inclusion, enterprise learning, and change management. Chett also has experience innovating at ATB through leading product innovation initiatives and managing substantial portfolios. Previous roles include Principal at Matchett Consulting and Marketing Manager at Business Instincts and UrtheCast. Chett holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and a B.A. in Communications from Concordia College. Additional training includes a specialization in Management Consulting and an executive education on Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan.
