Jason Short

Jason Short, MBA has a diverse background in investment banking and financial management. Jason is currently serving as the Vice President of Investment Banking at ATB Financial. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate at Canaccord Genuity Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, specializing in investment banking and global markets. Jason also held the position of Vice President at Founders Advantage Capital. Jason started their career as an Account Manager at RBC, where they gained valuable experience in corporate banking. With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Jason has developed a strong skill set in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Jason Short, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Management degree with a focus on Finance from Concordia University of Edmonton. Jason Short has also obtained additional certifications including the Series 79 certification from FINRA in September 2019, the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in July 2019, and the SIE certification from FINRA in July 2019.
