Kristy Wilson

Kristy Wilson has over a decade of experience in people and culture consulting, with a significant tenure at ATB Financial from March 2020 to January 2022, where positions included Director and Senior Leadership Consultant. Prior to this, Kristy worked at Strathcona County in various roles, culminating as Team Lead while completing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resources Management at the University of Alberta from January 2006 to January 2011. Kristy demonstrated leadership by managing a team for community events and sports field maintenance during the Iight at Strathcona County.
