Olatayo Abikoye

Olatayo Abikoye has worked in various roles since 2010. At Citypoint Global Properties & Investment Ltd, they worked as a Data Analyst from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they enhanced operational performance by over 75% by generating weekly and monthly reports, worked with management to prioritize business and information needs, and located and defined new process improvement opportunities. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Seraphicworld Constructions as a Business Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer. In this role, they translated business needs to a recommended design for application development, delivered exceptional level of service to each user, and acted as the liaison between users and the app development team. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Jemid Global as a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst. During this time, they developed and implemented performance improvement strategies, delivered operational and strategic reports using Tableau/Power BI, and provided production support, issues analysis and resolution to local & remote users. Since 2017, Olatayo has been working at ATBOD as a Salesforce Consultant | Admin | Developer. In this role, they have implemented data access control, integrated with external systems, and resolved mixed DML exceptions with platform events. Olatayo has also worked with Apex class, triggers, and web service callouts to external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Olatayo Abikoye holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources from Ahmadu Bello University and a Bachelor's degree from Federal University of Technology Minna. Olatayo also holds five Salesforce certifications, which include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (November 2020), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (August 2020), Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant (July 2020), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (July 2020), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (April 2020).
