Sandy Hopkins has extensive experience in billing analysis and customer relationship management, holding various positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Office Manager at ATC Communications since December 2020, Sandy previously worked as a Client Relationship Associate at Channel Fusion and as a Billing Resolution Specialist at Windstream, where billing disputes were analyzed and credits issued. Prior to that role, Sandy worked as an Accounting Contractor at Transamerica and as a Benefits Specialist at Aflac, consulting with business owners on employee benefit options. Sandy's career began at Verizon, serving as a Senior Billing Analyst for over 16 years and as a Rate Tariff Specialist/Interface Audit Analyst, where in-depth analysis of billing systems and regulatory compliance played a key role.
